Dangerous Waters

Hi all, this is the Dangerous Waters game which is an in-depth simulation of modern submarine and also anti submarine warfare, with a particular emphasis on realism. As this direct succesor of Sub Commandor, the Dangerous Waters entitles you to command the most advanced nuclear submarines in operation: the American Sea wolf-class and 688i Los Angeles class, and the Russian one. Additionally, you will be able to take control of the variantsof the KILO class diesel electric attack submarine, a ship which lacks the endurance, speed an power of its nuclear counter parts but which is particularly quiet when running slowly and also deadly in shallow waters.

IPL BIDDING GONNA START ON FEB 1ST WEEK

Hi all, the IPL has announced that an exhaustive list of 112 overseas players who will be considered for this second auction in Goa on February 6. Not surprisingly, most of the Australians dominate the list (27) while there is big difference from last year's edition is the addition of some 21 England players.

So each of the franchise has a maximum of US$2m to spend on their overseas signings in this auction, which gets underway on coming February 6, and it is likely that only about 16 players or two per franchise will be chosen out of these 112.

Also the England players will be available for a three week window in the tournament for the next two of the years, with Kevin Pietersen being the star of attraction. Kevin Pietersen has a base price of $1.3 million, and it is expected that he could be the highest paid player so far. Veterans like Dominic Cork and DarrenGough also figure in this list.

EVOLUTION OF BROOM -PART 3

A medieval broomstick on display in the Museum of

Quidditch in London gives us an insight into Lochrin's

discomfort (see Fig. A). A thick knotty handle of

unvarnished ash, with hazel twigs bound crudely to one

end, it is neither comfortable nor aerodynamic. The

charms placed upon it are similarly basic: it will only

move forwards at one speed; it will go up, down and stop.

As wizarding families in those days made their own

brooms, there was enormous variation in the speed,

comfort and handling of the transport available to them.
